As with many startups, HR management wasn’t a top priority at first. “At the beginning, we thought HR software was more of a ‘nice-to-have,’” recalls Stephanie Choremi, Triparound’s Director of Business Operations. However, as the company grew, manual processes like tracking time off, managing employee data, and handling asset allocation through spreadsheets became increasingly inefficient.
